Megan's Trip to the Lake

G-Dad Zimmer was in town from Texas this week and we visited him at the lake. Megan had a blast. She swam in the lake like a pro! She was very comfortable in the water, splashing and drinking the water too!

Megan's First Steps!

Today Megan took her first solo steps! She was visiting her cousins Luke and Adam and decided today was a good day to go solo! She also stood without holding onto anything for at least a minute, her new record! We don't have any pictures of this momentous occasion just yet but as soon as we do we will post them here!

Another June Day!

Here is Megan playing for at least 30 minutes with the Cheez-It box. She managed to get crumbs everywhere but had a blast!

Megan fell asleep in the car and she actually stayed asleep on Mommy. This isn't the best Mommy shot but just look at sweet little Megan!

First Weekend Without Mommy and Daddy!

Megan had her first weekend away from Mommy and Daddy. She stayed the weekend with grandma and grandpa Dierking! We didn't know what to do at first and missed her the whole time but we had a good time. We hiked, shopped, watched a movie, and went out to eat on Saturday. Needless to say Megan had a wonderful time as well, she went to some bbq's and kept her grandparents busy! We are happy she is back home though, it's amazing how funny it felt with her gone!

Just Hanging Out

I'm so mad at my camera-this is the cutest picture of Megan's smile we see all of the time, although it's a bit fuzzy hopefully you can see the grin!

Megan loves the camera! She finally has her first tooth coming in on the bottom and we think a couple on the top too!

Happy Father's Day!

For Father's Day we took Daddy out for a picnic and hike at Devil's Ice Box. This was Megan's first real time in this contraption and she loved it! As you can see Megan and Daddy are having a blast.

Hello!

This is our first post to update everyone who is interested in our little family! This first blog is going to have several pictures so we can show Megan getting bigger and bigger!

Here is Megan in the hospital. She was born July 27, 2006 at 12:44 p.m. weighing 7 lbs. 7 oz. and 18 inches long.
