Cuties

The kiddos are really enjoying pretending together so far this summer! They've started playing bad guys, wrestling like crazy, doctor, school, you name it!  Here is a picture of them being bad guys trapped in jail!

Emily has started to show her wants and needs in a noisy way! She has learned from the masters of how to scream!

Lemonade for sale!

Crazy garage sale! The kids had a great time selling lemonade! We had a ton of help from Michael's mom, Laura and Jon, and my mom! We had sooooo many boxes of stuff and the sale was a ton of work but totally worth it because we made enough for 30 panels of our new vinyl fence for the new house!!!

The manufactured date says 1983 and the written one says 1985 the realtor was shocked and said the same thing you did!

Emily is really growing up.  She is walking everywhere, she has no fear and loves to climb.  As you can see she also is learning to feed herself from a spoon.  And we eliminated the bottle this weekend.  Although we are happy she is developing well we are still a little sad that the baby stage is nearly over!

Here she is proud of herself for climbing up into the chair all by herself!

Yard pics

Here are a few more pictures from the yard of the new house. We are meeting with the builder on Tuesday to go over the grading of the yard.

Reception take two!!

We had a great time at Laura and Jons second reception at their house!

This is the cake I make for Jon and Laura's reception here!  The bottom is a two layer chocolate cake and the top is a two layer white cake. I made a butter cream frosting and I think it turned out good!  My picture is a little blurry but o well!

Ahh, my favorite picture!  Here is Megan, Jessi, Sarah, Adam, Matthew, and Luke.  Sarah and Matthew are the cousin's cousins...so basically the kids all think they are cousins!  The group had a blast playing in the rain. They took their shoes off and floated them down the hill and chased after them!  The adults had as much fun watching them as the kids did playing! Ahh, childhood memories for Megan!

Vacation time!

Fun times after the wedding!  The day after the wedding, Laura and Jon showed us the sights in CA! We had a great time eating at Ruby's on the pier, putting our feet in the sand, and going to downtown Disney.  My favorite part was the beach, I could've stayed there all day!  We really missed the kids today and we really need to get Megan to a beach now, she is such a scavenger that she could spend all day finding shells at the beach!  The water was very cold and the wind was cold too but we adapted!
