Happy Anniversary!!

6 years ago we got married in Springfield. So much has happened in the last 6 years and we are so blessed in our lives!

Thanks so much to Laura and Jon for watching the kiddos so we could go out! We had a wonderful time eating out (slowly!), going to the movies, and doing a little shopping. Emily gave them a hard time but the kids had a great time!

Emily's Baptism

Emily was baptized by Grandpa Dierking on Sunday. We were so happy that he was able to do the baptism! Jon and Laura are Emily's sponsors. Emily decided to test her lungs during her baptism and she was quite a loud girl...enough so Pastor included her in his sermon "...we dragged Emily kicking and screaming into the family of God..."

Megan's Preschool Graduation!

Megan graduated from Small Fry Preschool! She has had a great time there and we've made some wonderful friends!

Megan's friend Sophie wanted to bring her flowers and Megan is a big fan of flowers! She loved it and the girls were super sweet!

Megan's teacher awared her the "Awesome Artist" award. Megan does love to do art projects and to draw and write. It was also announced that Megan said she wants to be an Artist when she grows up!

The class did the Three Piggy Opera and it was adorable, complete with an awesome wolf...who today she said she was going to marry (o my!).

Emily's 1 Month Old!

Emily is one month old! At her doctor's appointment she finally reached her birth weight again and is now at 9 lbs. 3 oz. so we don't have to go back to the Dr. until she's 2 months! Her weight was in the 50th %, height at 22 in. in the 85th %, and head in the 50th %. She looks so different from her newborn pictures, her face is much slimmer and her chubby cheeks went away...hopefully they'll come back soon!
