How quickly things change! One minute we are looking at houses and the next we actually find a decent one to put in an offer! We'll see what actually happens and if the inspection goes through or not but it's exciting! Hopefully we get used to the traffic noise.....
OK so while typing they countered a few thousand more and we accepted! So that means that as long as everything else pans out then we will be moving into our new home in a couple of months! How exciting!

Holy moly that went fast!!! Congrats on your new home, hope the inspection turns up nothing and that you're settled in - in no time! Does this mean we can come visit now? : )
